Why legal advice matters

Establish it well from day one

A nonprofit organization requires more than simply gathering a group of people: it demands a registered name, proper bylaws, and registration with various institutions. A mistake at the outset can delay your project for months.

Compliance with Law 122-05

Non-profit associations are governed by Law 122-05. Properly establishing them avoids objections, rejections, and subsequent problems.

A protected and available name

We verify and manage the name with ONAPI from the beginning, so that your organization does not have conflicts with others already registered.

Solid statutes already tailored to your needs

We define purposes, members, governing bodies, assets and dissolution rules, so that the organization functions in an orderly manner.

Trust from donors and allies

A properly registered and authorized entity conveys seriousness to cooperators, companies, public institutions and beneficiaries.

Security for its executives

Clear rules of governance, assemblies, and accountability protect those who run the organization and its members.

Authorization to operate in your sector

If your activity is in education, health or another regulated sector, sector-specific licensing (habilitación sectorial) is what allows you to offer your services with official backing.
