A lawyer who knows your company.Legal support for your everyday decisions.
We assist small and medium-sized businesses with their labor, social security, contractual, and corporate matters. We identify risks and help resolve them with legal expertise and a thorough understanding of their operations.
Consulting connected to the reality of your business
A retainer agreement allows you to consult with us before signing, hiring, terminating, or making other decisions that may have legal consequences. We understand your company's context and agree on a scope of work appropriate to your business.
Labor relations
Guidance on recruitment, internal policies, leave, vacations, disciplinary measures, terminations and conflict prevention.
Social security
Legal consultations on affiliation and obligations before the TSS, classification of employment relationships and situations affecting the workforce.
Commercial contracts
Review, drafting and support in the negotiation of routine agreements with clients, suppliers, service providers and partners.
Corporate matters
Guidance to management and support with decisions, documents and ordinary corporate obligations.
Detecting a risk early is also a legal service
As part of the initial assessment, we identify processes that require attention and establish priorities with management. Depending on the activity, we may review risks related to recruitment, personnel management, business relationships, and corporate liability.
When a specialized criminal compliance or anti-money laundering program is needed, we define a specific assignment and first verify the applicable regime.
The proposal may include
- A contact lawyer who knows the company.
- Agreed channels and response times.
- Review of documents and inquiries within the monthly scope.
- Follow-up meetings and prevention priorities.
- Express conditions for litigation and extraordinary work.

A conversation is the first step
Tell us about your company and your main legal needs. We'll show you how a retainer agreement can help.
Before hiring
Does the retainer have a fixed price?
No. We prepare a proposal based on the company's activity, size, volume of inquiries, and services.
Does it include representation in labor lawsuits?
It may be included if expressly agreed upon. The proposal will indicate which processes and actions are included and how the others will be handled.
Do all companies need a money laundering prevention program?
No. The obligations under Law 155-17 depend on the activity and the status of the obligated party. First, we assess whether that regime applies to the company.
Can they review an existing problem before starting the retainer?
Yes. Please describe the matter to us without sending confidential information through this channel. We will assess its urgency and determine the appropriate course of action.
Request a proposal for your company
Tell us what your business does, how many people work there, and what your main legal needs are. We'll then guide you through the initial assessment process.
This initial contact does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Please refrain from sending sensitive documents or data until we agree on an appropriate channel.
